FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21, Exhibit F July 3, 2014 Page 1 of 1 Exhibit F Public Interest Statement Pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement, dated as of May 13, 2014 (the “Agreement”), by and between London Broadcasting Company, Inc. (“LBC”), certain of LBC’s subsidiaries identified as “Sellers” in the Agreement, KMOV-TV, Inc. (“KMOV” or “Assignee”), KTVK, Inc., and Gannett Co., Inc. (“Gannett”), the parties to the Agreement have agreed to assign certain low power/translator stations formerly owned by BlueBonnet Communications, LLC in the Beaumont-Port Arthur, Texas market, and recently acquired by a subsidiary of LBC (the “BlueBonnet Stations”), to KMOV, an indirect subsidiary of Gannett. The BlueBonnet Stations hold broadcast authorizations that are subject to a concurrently-filed FCC Form 345 application. These stations use an earth station authorization, SES-LIC-20040225-00312, in their operations. The instant FCC Form 312 seeks authorization to assign this earth station authorization to KMOV. The authorization is used in connection with the television stations’ operations, and no change in the operation or use of the earth station will occur as a result of the grant of this proposed assignment of licenses to KMOV. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by prompt consent to this application.
