Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. FCC Form 312 Exhibit F PUBLIC SERVICE STATEMENT Pursuant to authority granted in File No. BTCCT-20131226AAQ, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”) acquired control of Hoak Media of Panama City License, LLC (“Hoak”), which holds the receive-only earth station registrations for E060032 and E7161. Hoak is being merged into Nexstar, such that Nexstar will hold the registrations of the subject facilities directly. The assignment of receive-only earth station registrations E060032 and E7161 from Hoak Media of Panama City License, LLC to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”) will serve the public interest by allowing Nexstar to continue to provide service to the public as is currently provided.
