RESPONSE TO FCC FORM 312, QUESTION 40, AND SCHEDULE A, QUESTION A20 This attachment provides details as to the ownership and corporate structure of DBSD Services Ltd. and Gamma Acquisition L.L.C. and their ultimate parent, DISH Network Corporation (“DISH”). Mr. Ergen has sole voting and dispositive power with respect to 201,826,858 shares.
