DigitalGlobe and DG Consents, by counsel and pursuant to the notification requirement of Section 25.119(f) of the Commission‘s rules, hereby notify the Commission that the assignment of licenses authorized in the referenced application was consummated on November 23, 2013, as detailed in Exhibit F of the pro forma assignment application.
