Both the assignor and the assignee are wholly owned by Graham Holdings Company. The authorizations are used in connection with the operations of television station WPLG, Miami, Florida, and no change in the operation or use of the earth stations will occur as a result of the grant of this proposed pro forma assignment of licenses.
