WKTV, LLC FCC Form 312 April 2014 Exhibit F This application seeks consent to the pro forma assignment of the license of earth station E990071 from WKTV, LLC to WKTV Licensee, LLC. This application is filed in connection with an application filed with the Media Bureau seeking consent to the assignment of the license of television station WKTV(TV), Utica, New York from WKTV, LLC to WKTV Licensee, LLC (Media Bureau file number BALCDT-20140407AAE). Earth Station E990071 is used in connection with the operation of WKTV(TV) for newsgathering and coverage of events of interest to the local Utica community. After consummation of the proposed transaction, the Assignee will continue to use the earth station in the same manner and for the same purposes as it is currently used.
