FCC Form 312 Exhibit F PUBLIC SERVICE STATEMENT & DESCRIPTION OF TRANSACTION This notification of assignment of receive-only earth station registration for E050059 from Capital Communications Company, Inc. (“Capital”) to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”) will serve the public interest by allowing Nexstar to continue to provide needed service to the public. In addition, this notification is part of a larger transaction involving Capital and Nexstar for the sale of television station WOI-DT, Ames, Iowa (see File No BALCDT- 20130926AMQ). The assignment was granted by the Commission on March 5, 2014 and was consummated on March 13, 2014.
