FCC Form 312 Exhibit F Exhibit F As stated in Exhibit E to this application, this Form 312 application is being filed pursuant to a pro forma corporate reorganization of Cumulus Media Inc. that involves both an assignment of certain station licenses and a transfer of control of certain Commission licensees. Satellite earth station E870207 (the “Earth Station”) is licensed to Radio License Holding XI, LLC (“RLHXI”) and is currently used in connection with radio broadcast stations in the Chicago, Illinois market to facilitate broadcasts to the public. By filing this application, RLHXI requests Commission consent to the pro forma assignment of the license for the Earth Station to Radio License Holdings LLC (“RLH”). RLHXI respectfully submits that a grant of this application would serve the public interest because it would allow RLH to continue to operate the Earth Station upon consummation of the proposed transaction. 404277784v1
