Omnitracs LLC Conversion FCC Form 312 Exhibit E Ownership This application seeks Commission consent to a pro forma assignment of licenses resulting from the proposed conversion of Omnitracs, Inc. (“Omnitracs”), from a corporation to a limited liability company, Omnitracs, LLC (the “LLC Conversion”). The Commission previously consented to the transfer of control of Omnitracs from QUALCOMM Incorporated to Coronado Holdings, LLC (the “Transaction”) pursuant to File No. SES-T/C-20130905-00783 (the “Transfer Application”). The LLC Conversion will occur in connection with and on the day following the consummation of the Transaction. The information provided in response to Question A20 in the Transfer Application with respect to the prospective ownership of Omnitracs will be exactly the same after the LLC conversion.
