FCC Form 312 Application for Assignment of Authorization Exhibit E Ownership of CNN America, Inc. Below is the path of ownership for each of the disclosable interest holders in CNN America, Inc. (“Applicant”). Cable News Network, Inc. (“CNN”) holds a 100% ownership interest in the Applicant. CNN, whose primary business is the provision of cable television news, is a Delaware (USA) corporation with its principal place of business at One CNN Center, Atlanta, GA 30303. Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (“Turner”) holds a 100% ownership interest in CNN, which holds a 100% ownership interest in the Applicant. Turner, whose primary business is the provision of domestic and international cable television news and entertainment networks, is a Georgia corporation, with its principal place of business at One CNN Center, Atlanta, GA 30303. Historic TW, Inc. (“Historic”) holds a 100% ownership interest in Turner, which holds a 100% ownership interest in CNN, which holds a 100% ownership interest in the Applicant. Historic, whose primary business is media and entertainment, is a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at One Time Warner Center, New York, NY 10019. Time Warner Inc. (“Time Warner”), a publicly traded company, holds an 83.26% ownership interest and Warner Communications Inc. (“WCI”) holds a 10.23% ownership interest in Historic, which holds a 100% ownership interest in Turner, which holds a 100% ownership interest in CNN, which holds a 100% ownership interest in the Applicant. Time Warner and WCI, each of whose primary business is media and entertainment, are Delaware corporations, with their respective principal places of business at One Time Warner Center, New York, NY 10019.
