F WHP Licensee, LLC, the licensee of transmit-only earth station E120032 (the “Station”), seeks consent to assign the Station license to Deerfield Media (Harrisburg) Licensee, LLC. The Station is used in the operation television station WHP-TV,1 which serves the viewing population of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application. 1 The parties are concurrently filing an FCC Form 314, seeking Commission consent to the assignment of WHP-TV, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, FAC ID 72313.
