Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Item A21: FCC Form 312, Schedule A Public Interest Statement for Assignment of License This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the license of Domestic Satellite Temporary Fixed Earth Station E950385 from Lin License Company, L.L.C. to Beacon Satellite, L.L.C. The transportable earth station is currently being used to provide coverage of news, sports and entertainment programming. Beacon Satellite L.L.C. has purchased the transportable earth station and intends to also use it for news and event coverage as well as TV production services. Consequently, the public interest would be served by FCC grant of the assignment of license.
