Sander Operating Co. I LLC d/b/a WHAS Television FCC Form 312 June 2013 Ex. F The instant application is one of several concurrently filed applications seeking Commission consent to the assignment of the licenses of six full-power commercial television stations, including WHAS-TV, Louisville, Kentucky, 14 digital television translator stations, one digital low power television station, and related auxiliary and other facilities, from entities ultimately controlled by Belo Corp. to entities ultimately controlled by Sander Media LLC. This application seeks Commission consent to the assignment of a transmit/receive earth station, E950142, a transmit only earth station, E050381 and a receive only earth station, E050195, (the “Stations”), from Belo Kentucy, Inc. to Sander Operating Co. I LLC d/b/a WHAS Television. The Stations will be used in connection with the operations of WHAS-TV, which serves the viewing population of Louisville, Kentucky. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
