The Commission‘s consent was granted on June 26, 2013. An extension request was filed August 15, 2013. Since additional time is needed to obtain Commission consent to assign other related facilities and to complete this transaction, we hereby respectfully request an additional 60 days to consummate the above—referenced assignment of license.
