EXHIBIT F FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Public Interest Statement and Description of Transaction This application seeks FCC consent to the pro forma assignment of the earth station licenses held by WTNH Broadcasting, Inc. (“WTNH Inc.”), which will occur as a result of the conversion of WTNH Inc. from a corporation to a limited liability company, WTNH Broadcasting, LLC (“WTNH LLC”) (together with WTNH Inc., “WTNH”), and to the pro forma transfer of control of such licenses, which will occur when WTNH’s ultimate parent company, LIN TV Corp., also converts from a corporation to a limited liability company (LIN Media LLC) (together with LIN TV Corp., the “Company”). The transactions will affect only the corporate form of WTNH and the Company, and will neither introduce any new party nor involve the exchange of consideration. There will be no change in the business, management, operations or assets of WTNH or the Company. The associated earth station licenses will continue to be used in the same manner and for the same purposes following the pro forma transactions. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by prompt consent to the instant application.
