Application SES-ASG-20130506-00371 Exhibit A20 E August 31, 2012 LiveShot Carolina transferred ownership of antenna E120027 from LiveShot Carolina to Thomas Digital along with the uplink vehicle that it is attached to. At the time of transfer LiveShot Carolina was owned 50% by Joseph T Howell III and 50% by Ashlee Pettit with equal rights and Thomas Digital was owned 100% by Joseph T Howell III. The transfer was because LiveShot Carolina no longer wanted an uplink vehicle and Thomas Digital wanted sole ownership of said vehicle. All owners named are US citizens. LiveShot Carolina is located at 1402 Winnifred St Charlotte NC 28103. Thomas Digital is located at 10339 Samuels Way Dr Huntersville NC 28078. The antenna E120027 has not been in use since August 31, 2012 and am trying to get the license for E120027 transferred to reflect the new ownership.
