Earth Station E980224 FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 April 2013 Exhibit F Satellite earth station E980224 is licensed to ACME Television Productions, LLC (“ACME”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ACME Communications, Inc. (“ACI”). The earth station is located in Winter Park, Florida and currently is used in conjunction with the broadcast of The Daily Buzz, a nationally-syndicated breakfast television news, information and entertainment program. The Daily Buzz is produced, distributed and owned by The Daily Buzz, LLC, a sister company of ACME which is also indirectly wholly-owned by ACI. The program is broadcast each weekday morning from the studios on the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, and currently is carried on television stations in 175 television markets across the country. Through the filing of this application, ACME has requested Commission consent to assign the license for earth station E980224 to Mojo Brands Media, LLC. A grant of this application would serve the public interest because it would allow the proposed assignee to continue to operate the earth station and thereby facilitate its broadcasts and the continued distribution of The Daily Buzz to the public upon consummation of the proposed transaction. 403917859v2
