Washington, DC 20554 Assignment of Various Earth Stations Barrington Flint License LLC (File No. SES-ASG-20130315-00254) Barrington Amarillo License LLC (File No. SES-ASG-201300315-00255) Barrington Peoria License LLC (File No. SES-ASG-20130315-00257) Barrington Kirksville License LLC (File No. SES-ASG-20130315-00259) Request for Further Extension of Time to Consummate Dear Ms. Dortch: Barrington Broadcasting LLC (“Barrington”), parent company of the licensees associated with the above-referenced license assignment applications, respectfully requests extension of the period authorized for completion of the closing and notification of consummation of the assignment of licenses. The applications notifying the Commission of the proposed assignment were granted on April 26, 2013, and the consummation deadline initially was extended until August 25, 2013. The Media Bureau, however, has not yet consented to the associated FCC Form 314 assignment applications. Therefore, Barrington respectfully requests an additional 60 days to consummate the above-referenced assignments. Any questions concerning this matter may be directed to the undersigned.
