KFOX Licensee, LLC FCC Form 312 February 2013 DESCRIPTION OF TRANSACTION The instant application is one of several concurrently filed applications seeking Commission consent to the assignment of the licenses of four full power commercial television stations, including KFOX-TV, El Paso, Texas, FAC ID 33716, 12 television translator stations, and related auxiliary and other facilities, from entities ultimately controlled by Cox Media Group LLC to four entities ultimately controlled by Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (“SBG”). This application seeks Commission consent to the assignment of transmit/receive earth station, E110097 (the “Station”), from KTVU, LLC to KFOX Licensee, LLC. The Station will be used in connection with the operations of KFOX-TV, which serves the viewing population of El Paso, Texas. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
