FCC FORM 312 EXHIBIT F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application proposes the assignment of earth station E030149 from KSEE License, Inc. (“KSEE”) to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”). This earth station is used in association with television broadcast station KSEE, Fresno, California. KSEE and Nexstar are submitting an application on Form 314 for consent to the assignment of KSEE’s license to Nexstar contemporaneously with this application. Grant of this application will serve the public interest by allowing the facilities to continue to provide important news and other events to the public.
