Deerfield Media (Rochester) Licensee LLC FCC Form 312 December 2012 Exhibit F This application proposes the assignment of receive only earth stations E6537 and E860485 from Newport Television Licensee LLC (“Newport”) to Deerfield Media (Rochester) Licensee, LLC (“Deerfield”). The earth stations are used in association with television broadcast station WHAM-TV, Rochester, New York. Newport and Deerfield are submitting an application on Form 314 for consent to the assignment of WHAM-TVs licenses to Deerfield contemporaneously with this application. Grant of this application will serve the public interest by allowing the facilities to continue to provide important news and other events to the public.
