FCC FORM 312 EXHIBIT F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application proposes the assignment of station E080047 from High Plains Broadcasting License Company LLC (“High Plains”) to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”). This earth station is used in association with television broadcast station KGPE(DT), Fresno, California. High Plains and Nexstar are submitting an application on Form 314 for consent to the assignment of KGPE’s license to Nexstar contemporaneously with this application. Grant of this application will serve the public interest by allowing the facilities to continue to provide important news and other events to the public.
