Parties to the Application, Explanation of Transaction, Public Interest Statement The instant application is being filed to transfer control of the earth station facility used in connection with the applicant’s television station. In this transaction, the principals of one entity (Delmarva Broadcast Service General Partnership) in which the principals control 100 percent of the votes and equity, are assigning the station into another entity (Delmarva Broadcast Service, LLC) in which the same principals control 100 percent of the votes and equity. Grant of the instant application would serve the public interest as it would allow for the continuation of business operations with the benefit of the earth station facilities on which its television broadcast operations rely.
