("Spot Media"), by its counsel, hereby notifies the Commussion that the assignment of the license for temporary—fixed transmit—only satellite earth station E000193 from Community Television of Missouri License, LLC to Spot Media authorized under File No. SES—ASG—20120193—00817, was consummated as of November 8, 2012. As this notification is being filed more than 30 days after the closing, Spot Media requests a waiver of Section 25.119(f) of the Commussion‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119(f); the delay in notification was due to miscommunication among the parties and counsel and the recent holidays, and since closing and notification occurred within the permitted 60 day period after grant of the assignment application, the public interest would not be disserved by grant of the waiver and the delayed notification in this case.
