FCC Form 312, Schedule A, Exhibit F Public Interest Statement In response to Question A.21, the current licensee, Community Television of Missouri License, LLC, is proposing to sell its existing satellite truck associated with temporary fixed transmit-only satellite earth station E000193 to Spot Media Transfer, Inc., a Missouri corporation (“Spot Media”); the public interest would be served by the grant of the proposed assignment to permit the continued use of the satellite truck for coverage of news and other major events by Spot Media.
