I have attached the electronic consummation filing, a letter from counsel advising the Commission that the assignment for station WXEL—TV was consummated on July 20, 2012, and an additional letter advising that the assignment of licenses for the two earth stations, E940040 and E900465 were also consummated on July 20, 2012.
