FCC Form 312 Exhibit F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application proposes the assignment of earth station licenses E872066, E970107, E070092, E110168 and E120028 from Newport Television License LLC (“Newport”) to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”). Applications to assign the main stations associated with these earth stations from Newport to Nexstar are being filed concurrently on FCC Form 314. The public interest will be served by allowing these facilities to continue to provide coverage of important news and events to the public.
