FCC Form 312 Exhibit F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application proposes the assignment of TVRO earth station licenses E050385, E050386, E050387, E070129 and E070161 from Newport Television License LLC (“Newport”) to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. (“Nexstar”). Applications to assign the main stations associated with these earth stations from Newport to Nexstar are being filed concurrently on FCC Form 314. The public interest will be served by allowing these facilities to continue to provide coverage of important news and events to the public.
