Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Item A21: FCC Form 312, Schedule A Public Interest Statement for Assignment of License This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the license of Domestic Satellite Temporary Fixed Earth Station E880396 from Post Newsweek Stations, Michigan, Inc. to RAM Comm Uplink LLC. The transportable earth station is currently being used to provide coverage of news, sports and entertainment programming. RAM Comm Uplink LLC has purchased the transportable earth station and intends to use it for similar purposes. Consequently, the public interest would be served by FCC grant of the assignment of license.
