I am writing in regards to transfer of a transportable earth station license between the Graham Media Group, Michigan, Inc, and my company RAM Comm Uplink LLC. RE: Transportable, Ku—band Transmit—Only Earth Station FCC File Number: SES—ASG—20120518—00453 Call Sign: E880396 | understand that you have had communication with Jeffery Cowles of Comsearch, who I hired to handle, and complete the transfer back on May 18"", 2012, the date the application was filed. I received a notice that the application was granted, dated July 23, 2012. But it was not made know to me by Comsearch, and by my own mistake, for not completely reading the small print indicating that I needed to also send a letter to the FCC confirming that the sale went thru before the transfer was official. I didn‘t start the license process until the purchase was indeed final. The purchase of the TES was completed on May 1°, 2012, and I have enclosed the purchase invoice for your confirmation, and the TES was not used until Oct 27", 2012. It was not until the Chief Engineer for WDIV contacted me recently to tell me that the license was still in their name, that this issue became known. | am very concerned about this problem, and would like to clear this issue up as quickly as possible.
