("TWC"). On July 24, 2012, the Commission granted the directly related pro forma Application No. 6. In all cases, the assignees are newly—formed indirect subsidiaries of TWC. On July 9, 2012, the International Bureau granted TWC‘s request for an extension of time to consummate the assignments authorized in Applications 1—5. The Application No. 6 assignment authorized by the Commission on July 24 must be consummated on or before September 23, 3012. ' On behalf of TWC and the parties to the applications, we hereby request extensions of time to October 1, 2012, in which to consummate all of the license assignments. The extensions of time will enable TWC to obtain all of the local franchise consents and finalize arrangements necessary to consummate the internal reorganization described in the referenced applications. On September 6, 2012, the Media Bureau‘s Engineering Division granted TWC‘s request for further extensions of the consummation dates for authorized assignments of CARS stations also involved in the reorganization. The new CARS consummation deadline is October 1, 2012. Extensions by the International Bureau to the same date would facilitate TWC‘s plans for consummating the transactions.
