("TWC"). The assignees are newly—formed indirect subsidiaries of TWC. On behalf of TWC and the parties to the applications, we hereby request an extension of time, from June 29, 2012 to September 17, 2012, in which to consummate the license assignments. The extension of time will enable TWC to obtain all of the local franchise consents and finalize arrangements necessary to consummate the internal reorganization described in the referenced applications. On June 14, 2012, the Media Bureau‘s Engineering Division granted TWC‘s request for extensions of the consummation dates for authorized assignments of CARS stations also involved in the reorganization. The new CARS consummation deadline is September 17, 2012. An extension by the International Bureau to the same date would facilitate TWC‘s plans for consummating the transactions.
