("TWC"). On July 24, 2012, the Commission granted the directly related pro forma Application No. 6. In all cases, the assignees are newly—formed indirect subsidiaries of TWC. The International Bureau has granted TWC‘s requests for extensions of time to consummate the assignments authorized in Applications 1—6, up to and including October 1, 2012. On behalf of TWC and the parties to the applications, we hereby notify the Commission that all of the license assignments were consummated on September 30, 2012.
