The earth station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of KDEV-LP, Cheyenne, Wyoming, which provides MyNetwork and MeTV network programming to viewers in Cheyennye, Wyoming. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest.
