ATTACHMENT I PREPA NETWORKS CORP.’S STATEMENT REGARDING CORPORATE ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNMENT ENTITY PREPA Networks Corp. (hereinafter, “PREPA.Net”), FRN 0016946634, by itself and through its subsidiary, PREPA.Net International Wholesale Transport, Inc. (formerly known as Telecomunicaciones Ultramarinas de Puerto Rico, Inc. d/b/a Ultracom) (hereinafter, “PREPA.Net IWT”), FRN 0001727304, are licensees to the licenses listed on Exhibit 1. PREPA.Net IWT is a corporation created and existing under the Puerto Rico General Corporations Act, Puerto Rico Law No. 164 of December 16, 2009, as amended (“Puerto Rico Corporate Act”), wholly owned by PREPA.Net. PREPA.Net is a non-profit corporation created and existing under the Puerto Rico Corporate Act, wholly owned by PREPA Holdings, LLC (“PREPA Holdings”), FRN 0021414446. PREPA Holdings is a Delaware limited liability company wholly owned by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (“PREPA”). PREPA a public corporation of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, created by Puerto Rico Law No. 83 of May 2, 1941, as amended, is the sole owner of PREPA Holdings, and therefore is the indirect sole owner of PREPA.Net and PREPA.Net IWT. See Exhibit 2. See also Ownership Disclosure Filings, File Numbers 0005027581, 0005027610 and 0004988269. Thus, PREPA.Net, PREPA.Net IWT and PREPA Holdings are wholly-owned subsidiaries of a government-owned corporation (PREPA). PREPA.Net and PREPA.Net IWT are undergoing a corporate reorganization pursuant to which all FCC licenses currently held by PREPA.Net and PREPA.Net IWT shall be transferred to their affiliate, PREPA Networks, LLC, FRN 0021344072 (“PREPA.Net LLC”). See Exhibit 2. PREPA.Net LLC is a Delaware limited liability company wholly owned by PREPA Holdings.
