Exhibit F Public Interest Statement Grant of the instant application would serve the public interest by facilitating the orderly pro forma assignment of the subject license from the existing licensee, TrustComm, Inc., to Bankton Financial Corporation LLC. Both companies are majority- owned and controlled by Robert Kubbernus. Approval of the proposed assignment will facilitate the growth and development of TrustComm’s services to its customers. These include, among other things, provision of mission critical communications for first- responders to weather related and other public safety emergencies.
