Form 312, Schedule A Exhibit F Statement Setting Forth Facts Which Show how Assignment Will Serve the Public Interest Pursuant to the instructions to the instant FCC Form 312, assignment of these earth station licenses will serve the public interest. The assignment will allow AEG Digital Media to offer a suite of transmission services to a variety of entertainment companies for digital transmission of live and other events. AEG Digital Media is a leader in providing these services to production companies in the Hollywood community for one-time events. By operating these uplink earth station facilities directly, it will be able to offer a competitive alternative to other distribution and transmission providers both for one-time and recurring programming. AEG Digital Media intends to bring its production and distribution experience to utilize these facilities.
