This notice also includes consummation of the pro forma transfer of control of parent company of the Assignee from Cox Media Group, Inc. to Cox Media Group, LLC and also the simultaneous pro forma transfer of control of the parent company of the Assignee from Cox Holdings, Inc. to Cox Enterprises, Inc. This application is also notification of the consummation of the pro forma transfer of control of KTVU, LLC from KTVU Holdco LLC to KTVU, Inc. Licensee uses the earth station in its business of commercial television broadcasting. 15
