WTVC Licensee, LLC FCC Form 312 Assignee Exhibit F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application seeks Commission consent to the assignment of three earth station licenses, E881057, E000294 and E070125, from Freedom Broadcasting of Tennessee Licensee, L.L.C. to WTVC Licensee, LLC. The earth station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of WTVC(TV), Chattanooga, Tennessee, for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest.
