(TCS), the corporate parent of wholly owned subsidiary Trident Space & Defense LLC (Trident), plans to liquidate Trident as a subsidiary and merge Trident’s assets including FCC licenses into TCS. 43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), the corporate parent of wholly owned subsidiary Trident Space & Defense LLC (Trident), plans to liquidate Trident as a subsidiary and merge Trident’s assets including FCC licenses into TCS. Trident is the current licensee of Call Sign E090026. Following the corporate reorganization, TCS will be the licensee of Call Sign E090026. Trident also presently holds two licenses in the Experimental Radio Servics (Call Signs WC2XWA and WE2XMK) issued by the Office of Engineering and Technology. Applications seeking authority to assign those licenses are being filed contemporaneously with the instant application. This Form 312 will be the lead application. 15
