FCC Form 312 Schedule A – Exhibit F Application for Consent to Assign an Satellite Earth Station Authorization Trident Space & Defense, LLC Trident Space & Defense, LLC (“Trident”), assignor of E090026, seeks authorization from the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) for assignment of the aforementioned license to TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (“TCS”). TCS plans to liquidate Trident as a corporate subsidiary. TCS has extensive experience in the operation and management of earth station and microwave transmission facilities and previously held authorizations from the Commission for Call Signs E000736 and E000669. The assignment of the above license will allow for achievement of organizational efficiencies. Accordingly, the grant of the requested assignment would be in the public interest. An application for assignment of licenses related to Experimental Licenses Call Signs WC2XWA and WE2XMK is being filed contemporaneously with the International Bureau. The International Bureau application is the lead application. Assignee certifies, that neither it nor any other party to this application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. Section 862, because of a conviction for possession or distribution of a controlled substance.
