Exhibit E The instant application seeks Commission consent to the pro forma assignment of one temporary-fixed earth station from Bonneville Holding Company (“BHC”) to an affiliated entity, Bonneville International Corporation (“BIC”). Both Assignor and Assignee are ultimately controlled by The First Presidency (“First Presidency”) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints (the “Church”). Assignee, BIC, is a Utah corporation. Deseret Management Corporation (“DMC”) is the sole shareholder of BIC. The DMC Reserve Trust is the sole shareholder of DMC. The DMC Reserve Trust is controlled by the First Presidency, which consists of each succeeding President of the Church and counselors appointed by the President. The President of the Church is Thomas S. Monson, a U.S. citizen.
