Exhibit Ownership of Cablevision of Litchfield, Inc. Below is the path of ownership for each of the indirect disclosable interest holders in Cablevision of Litchfield, Inc. (the “Applicant”). CSC Holdings LLC holds a 100% ownership interest in the Applicant. Cablevision Systems Corporation holds a 100% ownership interest in CSC Holdings LLC, which holds a 100% interest in the Applicant. The ownership of Cablevision Systems Corporation (“CVC”) is described below. Cablevision Systems Corporation Shareholders As of March 31, 20111/ (the last Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission listing CVC ownership) Charles F. Dolan and family collectively held and therefore were attributed at such date with greater than 50% voting interest in CVC. Members of the Dolan family have formed a “group” for purposes of Section 13D of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. The members of this group (the “Dolan Family Group” or “Group Members”)2/ were: Charles F. Dolan, individually and as Trustee of the Charles F. Dolan 2011 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1C (the “CFD 2011 GRAT #1C”) and the Charles F. Dolan 2009 Revocable Trust; Helen A. Dolan, individually and as Trustee of the Helen A. Dolan 2011 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1C (the “HAD 2011 GRAT #1C”); James L. Dolan; Thomas C. Dolan; Patrick F. Dolan; Kathleen M. Dolan, individually and as a Trustee of the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Kathleen M. Dolan, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Deborah Dolan-Sweeney, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Marianne Dolan Weber, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Patrick F. Dolan, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Thomas C. Dolan and the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO James L. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. holds 12.3% of the Class A Common Stock of CVC.
