QUESTION 42 ITC Global, Inc. requests authority to continue to operate these Earth Stations with Mexico-licensed satellites SATMEX-5 and SATMEX-6, in exact accord with these existing authorizations. The legal and technical parameters of SATMEX-5 and SATMEX-6 are a matter of record with the Commission.
