EXHIBIT F PUBLIC INTEREST STATEMENT This application seeks FCC consent to the assignment of the earth station license identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), from NYT Management Services, Inc. to LBD Media, LLC (“LDB”). Grant of the instant application will allow LDB to continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purposes as the assignor did. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest.
