Exhibit E: Organization Statement1 After the pro forma assignment of the License E980049 (the License) is complete, the License will be held by General Dynamics Satellite Communications Services, LLC (“GD SCS, LLC”). GD SCS, LLC’s sole member will be General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. (“C4 Systems”), the current sole shareholder of the Licensee, General Dynamics Satellite Communications Services, Inc. C4 Systems is a Delaware Corporation located at 8201 East McDowell Road, M/D 3250, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. The sole shareholder of C4 Systems is General Dynamics Government Systems Corporation (“Government Systems”), a Delaware corporation located at 2941 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042-4513. The sole shareholder of Government Systems is General Dynamics Corporation, a publicly-traded Delaware corporation also located at 2941 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042-4513. No individual or entity owns more than 10% of General Dynamics’ voting or nonvoting stock. The General Dynamics family of companies is a leading provider of products and services in business aviation; combat vehicles, weapons systems and munitions; military and commercial shipbuilding; and communications and information technology. 1 See Figure 1 enclosed herein.
