EchoStar 77 Corporation Exhibit F RESPONSE TO QUESTION 42A AND 42B FOREIGN-LICENSED SATELLITES This application proposes to assign earth station licenses that authorize communications with the following non-U.S.-licensed satellites: EchoStar 4 Mexico EchoStar 8 Mexico These non-U.S.-licensed satellites comply with the Commission’s Rules for communicating with EchoStar’s earth stations, as has already been determined as part of the grant of the earth station licenses to be assigned. The proposed pro forma assignments will not affect in any way the eligibility of these satellites to communicate with the licensed earth stations.
