EchoStar Broadcasting Corporation Exhibit F RESPONSE TO QUESTION 42A AND 42B FOREIGN-LICENSED SATELLITES This application proposes to transfer control over earth station licenses that authorize communications with the following non-U.S.-licensed satellites: ANIK E1 Canada ANIK E2 Canada ANIK F1 Canada ANIK F2 Canada ANIK F3 Canada Ciel 2 Canada Nimiq 5 Canada EchoStar 4 Mexico EchoStar 8 Mexico MEXICAN Mexico Solaridad F-1 Mexico Solaridad F-2 Mexico Nahuel C Argentina N.V 803 Netherlands N.V. 806 Netherlands N.V. 5 Netherlands N.V. K Netherlands All foreign satellites with which U.S. “ALSAT” earth stations may communicate. These non-U.S.-licensed satellites comply with the Commission’s Rules for communicating with U.S. earth stations, as has already been determined as part of the grant of the earth station licenses to be transferred. The proposed pro forma assignments will not affect in any way the eligibility of these satellites to communicate with the licensed earth stations.
