On Wednesday, January 26, 2011, the FCC gave Public Notice of the grant of SES—ASG—20060720—01222, a Form 312 Notification of the Assignment of the Registration. This letter is being filed to request that the IBFS records be updated to reflect the fact that the assignment of the registration to The Weather Channel Interactive, LLC has been consummated, and that The Weather Channel Interactive, LLC has changed its name to The Weather Channel, LLC.
