(“NBCH”), which is a Delaware corporation with the same address as NBCU, and which in turn is wholly owned by General Electric Company (“GE”). GE is a publicly a traded New York corporation with the following address: 3135 Easton Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06828. No party holds a ten percent or greater share of the voting stock of GE. BAIN CAPITAL INVESTORS, LLC The Bain Capital funds are controlled by Bain Capital Investors, LLC (“BCI”), a Delaware limited liability company that is a private equity investment firm. The Blackstone Group is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BX” with its principal office located at 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10154. No public unit holder holds 10% or more of the publicly traded units of BX.
